Gator Fabrication, a heavy steel fabrication company serving the oil and gas industry, has moved into the former JM Eagle Plant in Conroe after a major revamp to the property. The property at 101 East Avenue M consists of two heavy manufacturing buildings totaling 80,878 square feet on 18 acres with an outside storage yard.
